Return Policy 

We hope you love your purchase from House Of Dasha However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer either an exchange or store credit. Each order shipping fee will be cover by the customer. This is outside of customer store credit. All shipping fees are paid by the customer.

Instructions for Exchanges:

1. Email shop@dasha-Cosmetics.com to request an RMA . (All return packages MUST be accompanied by an RMA form)

2. Once a tracking number is obtained, please email the tracking info to shop@dasha-cosmetics.com. (If an exchange is sent without an RMA, it will be returned to the sender)

3. Please allow 2 weeks for us to process your exchange (We will update the order when the return is received and you will receive a confirmation email)

House of Dasha Online Purchase Return Policy — All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition. If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, brooches, etc.).

Returns/exchanges are not accepted on sale items, jewelry, hair accessories, Body Firming Gel, Waist Trainers, Corsets, hosiery, swimwear, intimates, accessories or handbags. No refunds will be given, only store credit within 7 days of shipped date. Shipping is non-refundable (cannot be applied for in-store credit). The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for returned items. There is a 20% restocking fee applied to all returns. In the case of a damaged item: We will happily replace any item that you received damaged! However, we do NOT give refunds under those circumstances.

Returns without an RMA will be rejected.

Shipping and Handling

Normal shipping time is between 7 and 10 business days NOT including Mondays. We are not open on Monday, therefore, it is not considered a business day.  **If your order has not been shipped WITHIN 7-10 business days, please email us at shop@dasha-cosmetics.com

We offer international shipping as well but orders may take anywhere between 2 and 4 weeks.

Express shipping is available, and payments must be received before 3 pm Central Standard Time in order for delivery to be processed efficiently.

We are not responsible for packages that have been delivered to the shipping or requested a mailing address. Customer MUST CONTACT USPS. No exceptions.
